Fee increase

We hope this message finds you well. We want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your continued support and trust in Cleansist Solutions. It has been our pleasure to serve you.

Over the past two years, we have intentionally kept our pricing on the lower end of the market. However, due to rising operational costs and current financial demands, it has become necessary for us to adjust our service fees to ensure we can continue delivering the quality and reliability you expect.

Effective 4/15/26, any new bookings will have our updated pricing:

• 1-bedroom apartment: from $100 to $150

• Duplex / 1–2 bedroom apartment: from $150 to $200

• 2-bedroom / 2-bath apartment: $300

  
  

Please know that Cleansist Solutions remains fully committed to providing the same high level of service and care that you have experienced with us. This adjustment allows us to maintain our standards and continue serving you effectively.
